Proud of our SQ Alumni - Scott Ang!!!

Many of us will remember Scott Ang, our Sports Extraordinaire golden boy in swimming and Triathlon. He was our Sports Person of the Year in 2005. He was back in our school last year on our invitation to give a motivational talk to our students that Sports and Studies can indeed mix. Today, four years later, he has done us proud again by becoming one of two top scholars at Singapore Sports School, achieving 6 distiinctions in last year's GCE 'O' Level Exams (pls see attached in case you missed yesterday's ST report on Scott). Scott Ang - he walks the talk and is truly an example of a star in every Shuqunite!

Di Zi Gui performance during Ren Ci Fundraising

Our students will be performing at Ren Ci's fundraising on the evening of24 Jan 2010 Sunday. This opportunity was created for our students by MsNancy Sit, the famous actress from Hongkong who negotiated for the entireteam that performed during our Prize Giving Day to do likewise atMediacorp's event. Please rally all staff, parents and alumni to supportour students and Nancy by calling in to donate to Ren Ci Hospital duringour segment.
